Following the announcement by the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, Dario Franceschini, Italian newspaper&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/napoli.repubblica.it\/cronaca\/2021\/01\/18\/news\/capitale_cultura_2022_vince_procida-283050778\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>La Repubblica<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;reports that a party exploded on the island and \u201cA shout of joy broke out among the organizing committee of the island.\u201d<\/p><p>&#8220;Long live Procida who will accompany us in the year of rebirth,\u201d Franceschini said during the announcement. \u201cThe cultural project presents elements of attractiveness of an excellent level.
