From\u00a0October 8 to December 4, 2022<\/strong>, the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, in its 92nd edition with the theme “Times in Up<\/strong>“, returns among the hills of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero Unesco World Heritage Site, accompanied by the heady scent of\u00a0Tuber magnatum Pico<\/strong>.<\/p>

The new edition sees the centrality of food and wine flanked by the topicality of a very contemporary challenge, that of sustainability<\/strong>. The 92nd edition of the Fair, therefore, is characterized by a decisive turnaround that takes into account the most contemporary issues, such as environmental protection, climate change and sustainability, understood not only in its environmental sense, but also articulated along social and economic lines, following the path of the opportunities of the energy transition to a zero-emission economy.<\/p>

The heart of the Fair remains the World Market of the White Truffle of Alba, inside the\u00a0Cortile della Maddalena<\/strong>, together with\u00a0Albaqualit\u00e0<\/strong>, and the\u00a0Alba Truffle Show<\/strong>\u00a0(enhanced by the Sensory Analyses of Truffles curated by the judges of the National Center for Truffle Studies, the\u00a0Wine Tasting Experiences<\/strong>\u00a0dedicated to the great wines of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero, and the many chefs who will be involved in Foodies Moments).<\/p>

92\u00b0 Fiera Internazionaledel Tartufo Bianco d’Alba 2022<\/strong><\/p>

La\u00a0Fiera del Tartufo bianco d\u2019Alba<\/a>\u00a0inizia nel 1929\u00a0<\/strong>come \u201cFiera mostra campionaria a premi dei rinomati Tartufi delle Langhe\u201d, inserita nei festeggiamenti della Festa Vendemmiale.<\/p>

Nel 1932<\/strong> la fiera \u00e8 gi\u00e0 in pieno sviluppo e l\u2019anno successivo acquisisce ufficialmente il marchio \u201cFiera del Tartufo<\/strong>\u201c, legandosi sempre pi\u00f9 ai prodotti tipici dell\u2019Albese e, in particolar modo, ai vini.<\/p>

Nel 1963<\/strong> la fiera ottiene l\u2019appellativo di Nazionale<\/strong> e nel 2007<\/strong> diventa \u201cFiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Alba<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>
