Newitalianbooks.it is born, it’s a new digital platform serving the internationalization of Italian book publishing.

The initiative, promoted by the Italian Encyclopaedia Treccani, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Center for the book and reading-Cepell (Ministry of Heritage and Culture and tourism ), in collaboration with the Italian Publishers Association, it will be presented on June 11th at 11.30am remotely at a press conference.

Functions and aims of the new platform, already operational in beta, will be illustrated by Massimo Bray, editorial director of the Italian Encyclopedia Institute, Lorenzo Angeloni, director general for the promotion of the country system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Romano Montroni, president of Cepell and Ricardo Franco Levi, president.
