From October 8 to December 4, 2022, the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, in its 92nd edition with the theme “Times in Up“, returns among the hills of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero Unesco World Heritage Site, accompanied by the heady scent of Tuber magnatum Pico.

The new edition sees the centrality of food and wine flanked by the topicality of a very contemporary challenge, that of sustainability. The 92nd edition of the Fair, therefore, is characterized by a decisive turnaround that takes into account the most contemporary issues, such as environmental protection, climate change and sustainability, understood not only in its environmental sense, but also articulated along social and economic lines, following the path of the opportunities of the energy transition to a zero-emission economy.

The heart of the Fair remains the World Market of the White Truffle of Alba, inside the Cortile della Maddalena, together with Albaqualità, and the Alba Truffle Show (enhanced by the Sensory Analyses of Truffles curated by the judges of the National Center for Truffle Studies, the Wine Tasting Experiences dedicated to the great wines of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero, and the many chefs who will be involved in Foodies Moments).


92° Fiera Internazionaledel Tartufo Bianco d’Alba 2022

La Fiera del Tartufo bianco d’Alba inizia nel 1929 come “Fiera mostra campionaria a premi dei rinomati Tartufi delle Langhe”, inserita nei festeggiamenti della Festa Vendemmiale.

Nel 1932 la fiera è già in pieno sviluppo e l’anno successivo acquisisce ufficialmente il marchio “Fiera del Tartufo“, legandosi sempre più ai prodotti tipici dell’Albese e, in particolar modo, ai vini.

Nel 1963 la fiera ottiene l’appellativo di Nazionale e nel 2007 diventa “Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Alba“.
