On Tuesday, April 8, La Spada in Montreal’s St-Henri neighbourhood hosted Aperitivo, an event by Nonna Life in collaboration with DelFrescoPure. Guests enjoyed complimentary light snacks and signature cocktails, and small batch gelato with flavours like Ricotta Tomato and Cucumber Lemon from Frozen Fusion Artisan Desserts. The event was a culmination of everything Italian–good food created from fresh, local ingredients, good company, all in a charming space with eclectic hints of nonna’s house.
Nonna Life, created by Ariane Laezza (originally from Montreal but grew up Mississauga and is currently living in Toronto) began the lifestyle brand as an “homage to the strength, style and simple approach to life of everyone’s favourite grandmother: Nonna.
