Pizza Today – Mirko D’Agata of Pizzeria No. 900 in Montreal, emerged as Pizza Maker of the Year in the 2026 International Pizza Challenge. Competing against other first-place winners in IPC divisions, D’Agata won the competition’s most prestigious category with a pan pizza, despite his pizzeria’s specialty in Neapolitan pies.
