Molotov Mon Amour offers an alternative pop rock sound resulting from the tumultuous and eclectic musical journey assumed by Marco Calliari, the main craftsman behind this new project.
Whether he was pushing the boundaries of thrash metal music for 17 years with Québec thrash metal titans Anonymus or exploring traditional Italian music on his various solo albums since the early 2000s, Marco Calliari just keeps going forward musically.
While he has just crossed the 30th year mark of his career, he adds a new weapon to his arsenal as he prepares to unveil J’t’haïme, an emotional anthem about the various contradictions of passion and love. Assisted by songwriter Pasquale Caruana, drummer Dany Lalonde and co-writer Christyna Pelletier, the singer-songwriter also benefited from Jessy Fuchs’ (Rouge Pompier, Exterio) artistic advice, leading him to launch this new single on the francophone music label Slam Disques.
