juventus.comIt’s official, Julia Grosso is a Juventus Women player after having penned in a deal with the Bianconere! She will wear the No.15 jersey.

The Canadian midfielder joins the club after having spent the last three years playing for Texas Longhorns, and, most recently, having spent the summer featuring for her nation in the Olympics where she scored the decisive penalty that secured her a Gold Medal against Lina Hurtig’s Sweden.

Grosso, who last season featured in all 18 games (all as a starter) for the Texas Longhorns and grabbed six goals and four assists, will provide great depth to the Bianconere’s already strong midfield side as she gets set to join the club until the end of the season. Grosso was voted in the United Soccer Coaches All-American Third Team.

She will officially be available for action for the Bianconere as of December 28, in which her first outing with Joe Montemurro’s side is expected to come in the Super Cup against Sassuolo on January 5, 2022.

Welcome and best of luck Julia, we’ll see you on the pitch!
